Serial entrepreneur. I build things with AI.
About a dozen companies and counting.
I spent 17 years in Austin real estate. Along the way I started building tools—first to solve my own problems, then for other people’s. An analytics platform for short-term rental investors. Property management systems. AI workflows that actually work.
Somewhere in there, the building became the point.
Now I spend most of my time at the intersection of AI and real-world industries, figuring out what’s actually useful versus what’s just hype. I ship tools, write about what I’m learning, and occasionally still help people buy and sell real estate in Austin.
I write about building with AI, the future of work, and occasionally real estate.
