Every builder eventually starts a blog, and this is mine. Ok, technically I have started a few. This one is going to stick.
So here is the deal. I spend most of my days building things with AI. Agents that do real work, tools that talk to each other, systems that run my actual business while I sleep. Some of it works. A lot of it does not, at least not the first time. This is the place where I write about the part in the middle, the part nobody posts the screenshot of.
You might know me as a realtor, and that is fair, I have sold houses in Austin for a long time. But that is the origin story, not the headline. What I am actually interested in now is what happens when one person with a laptop can orchestrate a dozen AI agents to do the work that used to take a team. That is not a someday thing. I am doing it right now, and it is weird and exciting and occasionally terrifying, right.
This blog is going to be the working notes. Building in public, minus the highlight reel. What I built this week, what broke, what I learned, the tool nobody is talking about that quietly changed how I work.
